
EXPERTISE:
Jessica is an accomplished procurement, contracting and probity specialist with extensive experience supporting complex Defence and Federal Government programs. As a Lead Adviser, she advises clients across the full procurement and contract lifecycle, including procurement strategy, market engagement, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, contract management and probity.
Jessica has contributed to significant Government initiatives, including the Future Submarine Program, Joint Strike Fighter Program, Defence Enterprise Resource Planning Program and the decommissioning of the Northern Endeavour Floating Production, Storage and Offloading facility.
Jessica brings a calm, pragmatic and structured approach to high-value, complex and sensitive procurement environments. She helps clients navigate complexity with confidence by managing procurement, commercial and probity risks, developing defensible sourcing approaches, negotiating robust commercial arrangements and strengthening governance.
She works closely with clients to uplift procurement and contract management capability and support practical, fit-for-purpose outcomes.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice and a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance, and is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of South Australia.
