Our Reconciliation Commitment

At Ngamuru, reconciliation is an ongoing commitment to building respectful relationships, increasing cultural understanding and strengthening the way we engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, organisations and communities.

As a national advisory firm, we recognise that reconciliation requires more than good intentions. It requires action, accountability and a willingness to listen, learn and continuously improve.

In 2024-2025, Ngamuru successfully completed all commitments in our inaugural ‘Reflect’ Reconciliation Action Plan, which established the foundations for meaningful reconciliation across our organisation. Through this work we:

Looking Ahead

Completing our Reflect RAP was not the end of our reconciliation journey. Our focus is now on building on the foundations established as we begin our journey towards a 2026-2027 Innovate RAP.
